City center

Paphos, City center

Prices here are some of the highest in Paphos due to convenience of location, although buying here could  be a great investment opportunity as it will always be in high demand for short term rentals and long termmaking the capital appreciation high in years to come for someone that would like to purchase there.

This could even be an ideal holiday home, making it as easy as can be to travel around Paphos without needing a car, going by foot or bus. It could ideally work as a holiday rental in the months it won’t be in use and be very lucrative for the homeowner. The type of properties we encounter here are a mixture of villas but on the market, we see mostly apartments for sale right now with 129 being sold last year, a noteworthy 45 buildings or shops and just 14 villas.

An ongoing project in Paphos town center is Park Avenue Residencies, Luxurious houses, Crystal court, and also Central Park Residencies by Aristo developers, that is possibly the highest building in Paphos

 General Info:

Living here is very popular among the locals or anybody whose priority is to be in the middle of everything one could possibly need or just enjoys a busier ambience. Especially after various projects had being undertaken and completed under the ‘Strategy for Sustainable Development’: the restoration, beautification and upgrading of the municipal market, the restoration of a former cinema “Attica” and its conversion to a multi culture and conference tourism venue, the regeneration of the traditional shopping center and Kennedy Square, as well as of the old town shopping area and the restoration of the municipal market, the upgrading and enhancement of Markideion Theatre and the illumination of the old historical buildings that give the square a lovely atmosphere in the evenings.

This sunny coastal town on the western side of the island is the most westerly part in Cyprus. The long summer months and short winters, the variety of landscape, the monuments of history and art, which are scattered all over are the most important characteristics of the area, dating back to the Roman period l, with more than 3000 years of history, there is an endless amount of exploring to do. This road is named after the famous Archeological Park of Kato Paphos, that has been of such significant importance that it has been listed in the Unesco world heritage sites since 1980. The monumental underground tombs are carved out of solid rock and date back to the Hellenistic and Roman periods.
