Buying here is a great option for those that don’t want to be too far away from local amenities while still enjoying the peace and quiet that the surrounding nature has to offer. Within a minute you’re on the motorway and just a 5-minute drive away from the airport or beach, making that a great selling point too. Although not so many properties have been sold, (*the main reason is that there arenot a lot of available properties in Koloni, not to say that there is not a high demand) The majority of residents in Koloni are locals due to the fact that it is slightly lower in prices.

There have been just over 35 sales in properties in the past year, 2 of which were apartments, due to the fact that availability is not that high. There are some new developments being created like the luxurious contemporary project of Grove Block that consists of semi and detached villas, by Pafilia developers and of course Salacia Bearch by DNP Property Group.

Koloni Is a village just after the district of Geroskipou, to the north it borders with Agia Marinouda and Marathounta, to the east by Agia Varvara and to the south by Achelia. A small part on the southwest side of its land is coastal. This is a village that is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and magnificent sea views, but is also known for its terrific rich soil, making it an ideal place for farmers to cultivate their vegetables and fruit trees. The village has a very well-known Cypriot traditional tavern, Costas Koloni, pottery classes and its neighboring town, Geroskipou is just 2 minutes away by car, also having very easy access to the motorway making it a good option for frequent travelers.
