Konia

Paphos, Konia

The village is most popular for retirees and families who want to have the added benefit of being in a village environment, but also want to be close to many facilities. So far from the beginning of 2018 until mid 2019 the demand for villas has been more than double to that of apartments with 28 sales starting from €135,000 to €500,000 and 13 apartments from €80,000 to €175,000 (only resales).

Prices for rent are a small percentage lower than Paphos while we notice that to buy prices are on the rise due to its increased popularity and constant demand with the locals, hence return investment will most likely always remain very lucrative. With more than 85 sales taken place during 2018-2019 this area is running out of land fast!

Some noteworthy projects of the area are Konia Sea View developed by Maispa, or Konia Modern luxury residencies by Constantinou Bros.
