Mandria used to be more popular among the British but its gaining a rise in demand among the locals now too, not only for its serene nature that is impossible to not appreciate but because prices for rent and to buy are still about 20% lower than the city center making it worthwhile investing here.

Mandria is a village in the Paphos District of Cyprus, located 2 km east of Timi.  A village that is thought to have been founded around 500 years ago by Turkish Cypriots who originally called it 'green plain' ('Yeşilova').
