General Info:

Tremithousa is a village in the Paphos District of Cyprus, located 7 km north of Paphos. Named after the tree of tremithia (terebinth tree in Greek) that grows abundantly in the area, while the resin from the tree is what the famous pitch of Paphos is produced from. A small traditional village, located between mountain and sea at an altitude of 280 meters, this lovely village offers panoramic views of the surrounding area and borders between TalaMesogi and Emba. The village has a reputation for the aromatic and tasty honey that it produces but also the ‘’tremithotes’’ biscuits local women make from the famous terebinth trees. It also easily connects in the north to the monastery of Agios Neofytos, in the northeast with the village of Tala, and in the east with the main road of Tsada – Polis.

Just a short drive away from Paphos center, 5 minutes to the motorway or the closest beach, and 15 minutes to Paphos international airport makes it a great option to be a permanent or holiday home.
